Direct Support Professional:

Community Registered Nurse:

Sunshine is hiring a Community RN to provide full-time nursing services to the Individuals we serve with developmental disabilities at our group homes. This is a great opportunity to get out in the Community and work with an amazing group of Individuals and Staff at our beautiful Group homes. The standard shift is 1st with some schedule flexibility as needed depending on the needs of our Individuals. You will also be responsible to share on-call rotation with our Nursing department.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have either a license for LPN or RN.

· Patient, caring individual with excellent patient care.

· Critical thinking skills and good attendance record a must.

· Great organizational and time management skills and ability to properly document all paperwork is essential.

COOK:

This position is responsible for cooking a variety of delicious, well-balanced meals for our Individuals by following our menus, standardized recipes, and production sheets, for all meals as scheduled.

· All food and beverages are to be prepared to proper consistencies which you will be trained on.

· Taste and smell prepared food items to determine quality and palatability.

· Follow therapeutic diets as prescribed by physician.

· Responsible for following production sheets, along with dishing up/serving food to meet portion control and food analysis.

· Hours are rotated from 1st to 2nd shift, 1st shift is 5am to 1pm and 2nd shift is 11am to 7pm

REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Preference is given to candidate with some education or experience in quantity cooking and therapeutic diets.

· Experience in health care is preferred.

· Minimum 1 year food service/health care experience is desired.

· 18 years or older

· Interest and love to cook

Lifeguard -

Sunshine Communities is looking for a part time / full time lifeguard to assist with both individuals with developmental disabilities, and other guests at our heated pool. Experience life guarding is preferred; however, we will provide training for the right person. This position provides flexible hours and year around employment. Must maintain current Red Cross Water Safety and CPR/First Aid certification. May be required to obtain additional certifications for Lifeguard.

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
